Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a session last?
I offer different session lengths depending on your needs. Typical sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour. If you're unsure what’s best for you, we can discuss your needs before booking. Let’s set up a 15-minute consultation call.
Do you record the session, or should I take notes?
I don’t automatically record sessions, but you are welcome to take notes or record it yourself for personal reference. This helps you revisit key insights later.
Can I book a session as a gift for someone else?
Yes! A session can be a meaningful and unique gift. If you’re purchasing a reading for someone else, let me know, and I’ll provide a gift certificate or special instructions for booking.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with my reading?
Because of the time and energy that goes into preparing for and conducting a session, I do not offer refunds. However, I always strive to ensure you receive value and clarity from your reading. If something doesn’t sit right, we can discuss it further.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Appointments are paid in advance. I allow rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice
Do you offer in-person or only virtual sessions?
I offer virtual sessions via Zoom or phone, and in-person appointments may be available depending on location and scheduling.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. My goal is to provide flexibility while also respecting my time and the time of other clients.
1. Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling at no extra charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. However, I understand that emergencies happen—please reach out, and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
2. Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their session once if they provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost.
3. No-Shows:
If a client does not attend their scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided. Rescheduling will depend on availability.
4. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled at my discretion, and it will be considered a missed appointment.
5. Emergency Cancellations:
In cases of unexpected emergencies (severe illness, accidents, etc.), please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a rescheduled session.
6. Refund Policy:
I do not offer refunds for completed sessions, as my time and energy are dedicated to providing you with valuable insights. If you are unsatisfied with your session, I encourage you to communicate your concerns so we can work together to ensure a meaningful experience.
